  • One of our dogs died in the early morning on a holiday. It was unexpected and very traumatic. All of the vets nearby were closed for the holiday and so I looked for alternatives. I called Entrusted Pets fairly early in the morning (8am?) and got straight through. I was able to arrange a meeting about an hour later at the downtown Phoenix location. The man that helped us was very kind and understanding. Although price wasn't a big factor, the cost for cremation was significantly less than what the vet would have charged. I am extremely thankful for the kindness and courtesy we were shown on that sad day.
