  • Photo Department. The worst customer service I have ever received. Went to pickup calendars about 14 and 50 prints I do this every year. I did two separate orders,set up online for a text when order is done. I got 1 text several hour before I went to pick up. At pick up gave my name and received 1 order of calendars and all my prints. I asked if there was another order. I was told "are you looking for the order I just finished working all day on and didn't send you a text for?" Humm! The prints were part of the second order you just gave them to me. So once again I was told I worked all day on this for you has he gave them to me. I said thanks and let him know I've been working on these for weeks. As I walked alway he let me know he would still be texting me. Joke right? No before I left the store with everything in hand got a text. Like I said I have gone here for years. No problems. I don't know if he was having a "bad day" or what. Just be kind and don't have to act like a dick. You work in the Photo Department, I didn't ask you to do anything for me, and Walmart hired you to work in the Photo Department. Hopefully customer problem will be fixed by next year! for calendars and fast printing.
