  • I brought my 2013 Camero ZL1 to this car wash and they scratched my car. One of the managers said they could see how it happened with a belt buckle. They told me to get a quote so I did and it was was $750.00. I called and left a message for the Manager Eddie 10 Times with NO CALL BACK. I called again and they said that Eddie wasn't the manager anymore. The receptionist said my claim wasn't covered. So I left another message for the manager in charge and still no response. If you have a nice car like mine with 3500 miles and you don't care about scratches or good customer service then GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!! I don't put out bad reviews often but this company DOESN'T care about YOU!!!
