  • I called yesterday at 2:30 to make an appointment and had to leave a voicemail. I received a text that she was busy. As of this morning, I still hadn't received a call back so I texted her. There was no "sorry I didn't get back to you" or any of that..she just listed her availability this week. Overall, she was super unprofessional and has no idea how to interact with customers. I will absolutely be requesting a Groupon refund because she's a joke.
