  • We had to call Plumbing Masters this week when our garbage disposal broke. This was not the first time we've called them for various plumbing issues and they've always been awesome. Mark B. came out to check out our disposal within 24 hours of us calling. Mark quickly diagnosed the problem (needed a new disposal) and gave us 3 options for the grade of disposal we wanted installed. He was very upbeat and friendly and loved talking to my curious little dog. He finished the work very quickly, within 30 minutes. He then checked the rest of the plumbing in the house and fixed 2 partially clogged sinks as a courtesy. Plumbing Masters and Mark have been very good to us since we've owned this home (which has been plagued with plumbing problems from day 1) and we will definitely be using them again in the future!
