| - This is my first Yelp complaint, this place deserves one. If I could give minus stars I would.
I have made three visits so far and every one has been awful. I'm new to the area and someone recommend them to me. We both will never return. I don't understand how anyone bringing a child into the would would trust this staff.
1st visit: I asked how much I would be paying since it was just a normal Pap test. The girl said I would only be paying $25 copay. I waited an hour to be seen, when I finally was seen Dr.Casas would not even look at me in the eyes. This made me feel uncomfortable since he had just looked at my vagina. Also a week later I received a bill for an additional $68 on top of the copay.
2nd visit: I waited two hours to be seen, while I watched them take a woman ahead of me who didn't have an appointment. So I asked if they forgot about me, the receptionist just said no. Didn't offer an explanation or even an apology for the long wait. I asked them to test my urine because I thought I had a UTI. The girl seemed annoyed that I asked. Then I went into the bathroom and to my surprise I had to pee in a styrofoam cup which I had to write my name and birthday on. So unsterile!! Then when I opened the wall cubbie there were several other urine samples in more styrofoam uncovered open cups! So nasty!! And unsanitary!!
They called me a week later but I missed the call and when I was able to call back they were closed. So I called first thing in the morning, no answer so I left a message. I called again in two hours and talked to the receptionist in the front who said I had to speak with a nurse, so I left another message for one of the nurses to call me back. Of course I'm freaking out and scared since I had just had a biopsy of my cervix. I waited just before they closed to call them back since nobody seemed to care about my worried concerns. I expressed how scared I was and that I need to know what's going on. She got a nurse for me right away, the nurse only told me that I had a UTI, which I already knew. Apparently the girl in the front is not a nurse (so basically she is useless) so she couldn't tell me this.
3rd visit: I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and I filled out the sign in log. The girl called me to the front and said there would be another $25 copay just to view my results. I had them bill my insurance, she seemed annoyed to do this. I also asked for all my files to be mailed to me, (because no matter what my results were I no longer wanted to deal with this office in the future and need to give them to my new obgyn.) She gave me the most disgusting facial expression when I asked this, but still gave me the release form. So after an hour wait I saw Dr.Casas who told me that my results were fine, probably just some inflammation. THEY COULDN'T TELL ME THAT OVER THE PHONE!! I paid a $25 copay for you to tell me I'm fine!
