  • If I had of known then what I do now. To expound, Dr Crawford told me I needed a crown and after asking the cost, I said OK. He then added I needed a root canal also. At which time I requested he just pull the tooth because of the cost for both. Out of his kindness and compassionate, HE, the provider, offered to cut me a deal. I thanked him and said OK I appreciate it very much. AFTER the procedures, was when I encountered the hateful, loud, disgusting office manager who told me no, you WILL pay for both or be turned over to a collection agency. THIS IS MY PRACTICE NOT HIS!!! HER manner led me to cuss her and tell her to kiss my you know what, and if she insisted on being such an a hole, go ahead and put me on collection and ruin my credit. Its called unethical and deceitful trade practice and I should have registered a complaint with the dental board in Raleigh to have on file for 'her' practice. Regardless of what Dr. Crawford now prefers to speak of my outstanding balance, I pay my bills if they are legitimate. His office or excuse me, 'her' office billed my insurance illegally for both services and was paid the insurance amount. Because of her actions and terrible excuse of professionalism, my credit was ruined for many years so I owe nothing and in actuality she owes me. I had full intention of paying what the deal was that Dr. Crawford offered. But no one will speak to me in such a degrading and hateful manner trying to make me feel bad because she is such a greedy b.... No one deserves to treated in that manner. I may still consider filing a complaint with the board if its preferred to blame me when communication or control problems led to this occurrence. I would recommend Dr. Crawford as a dental professional without hesitation. Just know of whose practice it actually is according to his office manager. She is a complete joke and unprofessional to say the least. Some are wealthy in money but poor in life, and some worship the almighty dollar above everything. In that regard, I have nothing but sorrow for a man who is surrounded by hatefulness. My review is nothing but the complete truth and the office manager may recall but I really could care less if she's disturbed trying to remember or not. Just hope she took pleasure in ruining my credit and her vengeance made her feel empowered.
