  • TERRIBLE; TERRIBLE; TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! My second time visiting European Wax Center on April 07, 2017; first location; Moon Valley {Bell Rd}; second location; Arrowhead {67th Avenue and 101}; with that said, to be honest, I am not impressed!!!! My grief stems from the Arrowhead location with the horrible customer service and lack of proper communication displayed by the front desk representatives. I truly believe this is due to the fact that I am a black woman and this business is unaccustomed to treating women of color with any respect. I hate that I ever came to this place and will never come back!!!!!!! I HATE EUROPEAN WAX due to your prejudice and disrespectful employees.
