I've been with Cox for 11 years. Last year, my bill went up 80% when their "promotions" fell off. Their "loyalty department" called me and after a couple of days and Cox losing my phone business, the bill went back to normal. This year my cable box went out. I went to the Cox store and they "assured" me that my bill wouldn't go up if I upgraded to Contour. The box needed to be rebooted every day the first week and when I got the bill, it went up 30%. When the tech was ten minutes out to fix the box, the "loyalty department" was told to they were at the nut cutting time and either they were going to do something or television was gone. They chose nothing and promptly turned off the television. If I could find another company for Internet, they would be gone too. They are very cavalier about their customers loyalty and have no problems not caring if you stay or go. Like I told them every month for the past year, they will never get my phone business back and they've lost my cable business. All I can say is watch your bill because they play bingo with their "bundles."
