It is very difficult to understand how a large diamond corporation has handled replacing a ring in which they damaged so poorly. I should have been notified that a loose diamond repair comes with a time frame of over 12+ weeks prior to releasing my wedding ring so quickly. . I have not had my ring since June. It is almost October. I have received multiple pieces of incorrect information, verbally and in writing. At this point I have completely zero expectations from this company and will never do business with Kays again.
