  • I was in the market to purchase a new car after receiving notice and offer on the VW diesel buy-back program. I went in to Day (where I previously bought my Passat) with a pretty firm idea of what I wanted. I met with Junior Da Silva and let him know. Junior took the time to inquire what I really wanted in terms of features and capabilities...........and sure enough Junior was able to direct me to consider other options. So I wasn't intending to buy a Golf Alltrack..... but I did -- after Junior was able to demonstrate this is the car that I actually "wanted"! And he was right - it's a great car and really meets my needs. I have also used service here at Day Monroeville and they're really nice, helpful and informative.
