  • I can't express how disappointed I am in this place. Due to our situation, we had to get a paternity test done by a place that was certified AABA for court and in a hurry and we needed the results in a hurry. We called this place from the family court house and my husband spoke with the owner, who was very understanding to our situation and he said he could take us right away. Great!! We ask when was the soonest we could get the results, we were told by the 2 nurses that were working there, that if we paid $270, they would overnight it to their lab and we would have the results via email the next day (Tuesday), and we would have the certified copy by Thursday. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went. We called Thursday morning since we were due in court with the results that morning and the owner, as well as his nurses recanted their statement that he guaranteed we would have the results by Thursday! He said he didn't say that and it could possibly get them by Thursday. When we talk to him the very first time, there was no possibly or gray area. He guarantee us the results would be back by Thursday since we paid extra to have the test sent overnight! When it was all said and done, we did end up getting the results back Thursday. The point is, Mr. Owner, don't guarantee something you can't deliver without question. This was my very emotional and stressful time for my family and I and you just added to the stress. I would NOT recommend this place just because of the dishonesty and unprofessionalism by the owner and the nurses that we dealt with. Please save your self the stress!!
