I have been using these guys for roughly six months now. They have a great service and I am very satisfied with how my clothes turn out. They even have a delivery service which is awesome. Sadly I live outside their delivery area, but not to fret they deliver to my work. Unfortunately, their staff have some problems with communication or perhaps don't understand their policies very well. I agreed to let them store my card information to remain in their system and utilize their delivery service for the rare occasion that I could not drop off or pick it up. I explained clearly that I work in a secured government building and all deliveries have to be handled with our security guards. At no time did the young woman state that I had signed up for "scheduled" pickups and drop offs. I would never do this because my type of profession/schedule would require making our security guards handle this for me, something I am not willing to ask them to do. And when the nice young man surprisingly showed up to my building to "pick up" my clothes I was in a meeting and he had to wait. When I explained to him that I only wanted to use the delivery service occasionally, not every week, he stated that he understood and that I was not the first customer with that misconception. This almost seemed like a phishing scam at first but my instincts tell me that it's probably a misunderstanding with one or two employees as they explain how it works.
The moral of the story, I can use the pickup/delivery service occasionally (just a note in their system). Perhaps they can work with staff on communication or keeping their system accurate. They are more expensive than most but you get excellent, timely service as a result. I have been very happy with my clothes!
If you have somewhat expensive business attire that could be ruined by lesser quality services, I wholeheartedly recommend them!
