  • Comfortable stay and good customer service. $20 a day for self-parking in uptown Charlotte seems a bit extreme. This is what I would expect to pay in a larger city. Housekeeping forgot to supply clean towels one afternoon and promised to come back with some but never did. We were left with 2 washcloths and that was it. Housekeeping was also always knocking on our door by 9 am to see if they could clean the room. When we were not ready to leave the room for the day, they seemed a little irritated. The room was very nice sized and the felt clean and light. I would stay here again but it didn't knock my socks off.
