  • Shawna Warner is a pro's pro. Knowledgeable, tough, fair and diligent. And a delight to work with. I've been through multiple real estate transactions in my lifetime, always with varying degrees of frustration throughout the process. With that history, I approached my transaction with Shawna (the sale of my home) with some wariness. Then I worked with Shawna, and I now know how a true partnership between agent and client can work. The transaction was seamless to me, because Shawna worked tirelessly on my behalf behind the scenes. She sought my input when needed, but did not trouble me with the minutiae. In an industry that is generally (and perhaps fairly) viewed with some skepticism, Shawna's integrity stands out. I would also be remiss if I did not mention the value that The Team's approach brings to the transaction. Having four true professionals bring their collective skills to bear is a real differentiator in a crowded market.
