  • Always have loved the vibe here and have enjoyed coming here since they first opened. Was very disappointed on our visit last nite, with a party of six patrons for a friends birthday celebration. The service was very sub par to say the least, and the establishment was not even busy. The problem seemed to be our server had better things to do other then servicing our table. For starters, she was more interested in socializing with her co-workers at the bar during most of our stay, then it got even worse when her boyfriend came in and sat at the bar waiting for her. So here is how our experience went down. The menus sat on the table the whole time we sat at our table from appetizers to desert, with no bus service at all. Every cocktail glass, appetizer plate, main course plate were left for us to contend during our stay, even all the way up to the piece of desert pie for the birthday man. We were swimming in a china cabinet at the table. So with no bus service we also had no drink service, I had to go up to the bar and interrupt our server during her social hour a few times for our drink orders. The first time I approached her at the bar for drink service since she basically abandoned her table, she then popped back at me with an attitude and told me to give her a moment. I then had to say something to her about her lack of service, you would have thought she would have figured it out, especially when you are in a service industry working for tips. No situational awareness from the other staff to see the mess at the table and lack of service to our party. Guess they do not have each others back as a team, with no manager watching the floor? WOW! I even had to go ask her for the three checks after all of that. So far the worst dining experience of 2016 for us. Let me say this though, as I watched the other tables and parties during our experience, I do not believe they were not having these issues, unless they had the same server I would imagine. Maybe they are not equipped to handle parties larger then four people. Forgot to mention, the appetizers came out with the main course. So much for sitting and enjoying more cocktails during our experience. Hint Hint.
