I have tried them three times now. The first two times weren't good but, for whatever reason, I thought I'd go back today and see if they've improved because they're close. I would say they're a little better than a few months back but still have a long way to go. I spent more than $20 and it took about 45 minutes from the time I drove up to the time it was done. This is the 2nd time they've asked what air freshener I want but when I get in the car it just smells faintly of sweat and dirty rags. No freshener; not even fresh. I don't know why they bother to ask. The interior work is good. Wiped and vacumned and, to be fair, it was pretty bad when I drove in. The exterior still has spots of dirt all over. When I showed the guy standing there, he said it must be scratched. I showed him I could remove it myself and then he went and got a sponge to rewash the door by hand. He did it without copping an attitude, so points for that. But the car still has a lot of dirt spots on it that I could point to one by one if I had that kind of time. So it's better, as in 'ok' but definitely not the efficiency or quality oversight of when this was Danny's. I honestly get a better wash when I get a free wash at the car dealer.
