  • We purchased a water softener through Costco/Parker & Sons. Len, the sales rep was accommodating to our schedule and need for him to return later in the day in order to allow us time to decide prior to purchase. He was also very knowledgable in the product. They then were able to come out when we needed to install. Jason B. was awesome! It turned out that we needed a few things fixed to our prior loop/plumbing etc. and Jason and Parker and Sons took care of it! Our experience was very professional and timely. We look forward to using Parker & sons in the future if needed! I highly recommend Jason B.
