If you have a toddler and older siblings as well I would not advise taking them all at the same time. They refuse to allow anyone under the age of 4 to jump with anyone older than 4. I understand that this is for safety, BUT I had to sit with my 3 year old at the toddler jump while my older kids (8 and 11) jumped on the other end of the building. I also wasn't told this before purchasing the tickets. When I learned this, 5 minutes after I arrived, I asked for a refund and they refused. The "manager" was a teenager and was literally in my face about it. I will admit that I was upset because my 3 year old was crying because all she wanted to do was play with her siblings. Not only was I upset that they had to play seperately, but I was also upset because I could not keep an eye on my older kids because the toddler jump was on the other side of the building. The whole staff there were teenagers, including the manager. I'm not against teenagers working, good for them, but they have no concept of what it is like to have children. Maybe that's harsh, but it's the truth. Even my 11 year old noticed that.
I will say that after the dust settle all my kids did have a great time and the price wasn't too bad. I do find it ridiculous that you can't even bring your own water. If they are going to prohibit toddlers jumping with older children/siblings, then they need to make it more accessible to watch all your children at one time. I was so nervous the whole time that I couldn't enjoy time with my kids because I couldn't keep an eye on my older children while watching my toddler jump alone.
