  • I've been coming here for years now, it's nothing fancy and it does the job for a quick wash. Never had any issues until today. Got a basic wash with wax, but when I went thru there was no soap, no water, no wax, just wet brushes then no air. Needless to say I came out looking worse than when I went in. Had to find the manager who was willing to get me a rewash, but he was so disengaged, he barely acknowledge me, sent me to the back of the line without any explanation or apology. Overall poor customer service. I'll be finding a new car wash. They get 2 stars instead of one just because I did get to wash my car.
