  • The good: friendly staff; quiet, convenient location The bad: there was lots of mildew on the shower curtain; the comforter was so old and worn there were holes in it. The ugly: the bed was old and saggy; I woke up about every 45 minutes because of back pain. I tried the control on the side; it did nothing. When we told them in the morning about the bed, they said they'd let someone know. When we pressed them about their satisfaction guarantee, they told us we needed to inform them so they could remedy it. What were they going to do at 3 am? Bring in a new mattress? Make us pack up and change rooms? They refunded us $20. I've seen other reviews about the uncomfortable beds; they've been told and they should fix them.
