  • I called Artur to investigate a burning smell coming from my vents and an Ecobee 3 that was malfunctioning. He answered the phone right away and showed up almost as quickly. After a brief call to technical support, he fixed the thermostat wiring that was done improperly by another company. He did not need any parts and it was a fairly quick fix so he decided not to charge me. I tried to pay him anyway but he refused. Many thanks to Artur. Now I know who to call for all of my future heating and cooling needs.
