| - Unprofessional - Lack of Integrity - Unorganized - no they DO NOT abide by the services they COMMIT to providing their customers on their own website, but will CHARGE YOU WHETHER THEY DO THE WORK OR NOT!!! (Then try and say you just don't want to pay your bill. Well? DUH! You DIDNT do the work! If they weren't such ripoff liars, I'd pay just to get them out of my life)
Stay away from this company - there are far more honest and professional pool companies who truly WORK for the money you pay them.
here is what AZ Pool Remodeling states on THEIR website WILL HAPPEN EVERY WEEK with weekly pool service: (not, as necessary, or "every other", or "if Hunter feels like it that day" - but EVERY WEEK) test chemicals, skim pool, brush walls and tile,clean filter or backwash, empty pump and filter baskets, vacuum pool
The final straw came on Oct. 5th 2016. I heard the tech enter the backyard at 1:27pm - I also heard the tech LEAVE the backyard at 1:27pm!? I was certain that he was just going out to his truck for something and would return to finish the service. I went to check. Nope! The truck and Hunter were both long gone! In UNDER A MINUTE. To make it SO much worse, I went out to the pool and could clearly see the only speck of water on the deck was where he emptied the leaf basket and entered a card detailing what he had done that day: 1)check chemicals 2)pool service 3) check equipment 4)sweep pool ? Huh? In less than a minute?
I immediately began calling in an "attempt" to reach somebody at Az Pool. (Good luck with this) After 2 voicemails on one number (with no return calls),1 number that had a voicemail that was full, and 2 calls to a third number; I finally reached a live person - who said A DIFFERENT person would have to call me back.. Can you say unprofessional?
Long story short, Preston didn't even KNOW what their website committed them to perform EVERY week ( I had to read it to him).. Preston AGREED that the pool had NEVER been vacuumed, had not been swept for OVER 4 WEEKS, had NO IDEA when it was last back washed...YET- still thinks we owe them the full amount for WEEKLY POOL SERVICE, as outlined on their website. (When their tech was in our yard no longer than 2 minutes, EVER -and LESS THAN 1minute on his last visit)
Preston is rude, stated "I know you like to hear yourself talk." No, but I WILL talk until I tell you everything that YOUR company DID NOT DO, BUT STILL EXPECTS TO GET PAID FOR!!!!
I am filing a complaint with the BBB, and will hire an attorney if I have to. ( yea, and don't believe the slip of paper the tech leaves in the backyard - said the tech completed 5services in less than 60seconds-) never happened.
Save yourself the headache I am now dealing with. Do NOT hire this company. If they "acquired" your pool, find a new company, PRONTO.
