  • So my window was smashed out Wednesday at work. I got some quotes, went with this company. I was happy with the quick response. On Wednesday I had my convertible top down all day. After Prophecy came out he told me that either he or the person who smashed my window broke my Regulator. Apparently, that's the motor that makes your window go up and down. I went inside to make some phone calls while he was still here about what a Regulator does. When I came out I told him I wasnt sure what I wanted to do now. Then he told me it was definitely broke when my window was smashed out but he can get the window in and it will go up and down. Then he got the window in but it left a small crack where it wouldn't go up all the way. Then I went in to make some more calls and decide what I was going to do. I came back out and was going to tell him never mind I'll get someone else to do it and pull the window out. Then he told me, he did some adjustments but he got in there and up. I paid him $260 cash. I can NO longer put my window down, I can't use my convertible top because it takes the windows down, and I'm not even sure I can use my passenger door because he told me the glass could fall out. Do Not Use this company!!!!! He said he was sorry about everything. One day a week from now, a month from now, maybe a year from now my window will fall out is what he told me. Awesome!!!!!
