  • I found this company through an internet search as I was in need of a property management company. I interviewed several other companies before choosing this one. All the other companies have an attitude like they are doing you a favor. None of them would address my concerns about their protocol and in particular their billing and repair policies. Non disclosure = dishonesty. Michelle Weaver of Xpand is truly a blessing because of her genuineness and professionalism. She gave 110% of her time to remedy some escrow closing problems. She communicates often and is always upfront about everything! I'm a licensed real estate agent from Calif. and ethics is my number one priority. She practices what she preaches which is unusual in this field. Xpand Property Management has a bundle of working professionals that do their job right. Without a doubt, Michelle fits into a the company's policies that practice integrity and other values that seem to be missing in today's work place.
