  • I want to love this place, but I can't. They usually have good rates except for yesterday on Christmas. If you want to charge more on Christmas that is fine, but update your website to reflect that. They do not coordinate their corporate website at all with what is going on at this location. The rates and hours were completely wrong. The staff was so miserable and not accommodating. The staff here is always weird. They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you a lane. They have 55 lanes and there were 15 people there this Christmas (I counted). We brought 7 people there. You would have thought they wanted us to be there. Like I said the staff here is always very strange, but this time was even worse than usual. They definitely weren't in the Christmas spirit. Last thing they do that really annoys me is every person there could say, we don't want cosmic bowling and they will still put it on. Cosmic bowling is always in the weekends. This place is really close to getting added to the banned list.
