  • I'd say this is about an average Petsmart in terms of grooming, food, cleanliness, customer service, etc. I do go pretty regularly because I buy Simply Nourish (which is their brand). Where they excel, however, is training. We took a class with Rene this year and she was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, self-assured, and with beautiful dogs that are so well-behaved I wanted to cry. We will definitely be back to take another class. They have a huge asset in Rene and I hope they realize it!
