  • Brought my new motorcycle back for break-in period service at 600 miles. It took 2hrs 10 minutes to complete. I waited there to ride it back home. They have a sofa in a corner of the sales floor for people waiting on service. That service cost me about $180. I made my appointment by phone a week in advance, showed-up ten minutes early, scheduled it for opening time then hiked around the mall next door while the work was completed. All in all, a no-hassle experience. There are vending machines and bathrooms near the service end of the building. The service manager was very professional.
