  • We tried going to this place for help as our pool pump died. We asked if the pump was under warranty as it was around three years old and was purchased there. The clerk told us it was not under warranty and that a new pump would cost $1700. Went shopping around to find the same pump elsewhere for 1250 with free install. When I asked the other store to check my warranty on the broken Hayward pump, they told me it WAS covered and saved me between $1200 and $1700 by fixing it for free. I'm all about integrity; something which B&L lacks. After this shenanigan I would never step foot into B&L again.
