  • I went in to drop something off to be shipped. And the man that was there was extremely rude. No people skills whatsoever. His entire demeanor was unacceptable. You should not work with the public if you don't like people. I went out and then returned and confronted him about this. Telling him please and thank you goes a long way. He then got very upset saying that I never paid him for anything m, I didn't buy anything. Which I have no idea if what he was getting at was he didn't have to be nice since I was dropping off? I didn't realize this was a franchise and when I asked to speak to the manager, DM or RD he said he was because he was the owner. In shock I turned around and walked out while he kept yelling. What a shame. If you google this shop also, you should read the complaints. I just am very disappointed with his behavior, especially as an adult. I am moving further and will take my complaint to someone that handles this. Just because you have a franchise does not excuse you. You still represent the UPS brand.
