  • I used auto nation collision center after recently being rear ended because BMW recommended them. Their work was good. No question there. However there customer service was horrible. My car was not completed when promised. I waited 2.5 hours for their "porter" to pick me up and take me to their center to pick up my car when it finally was completed. Not sure i would ever use them again because of the failure in customer service
