  • I came across this salon when I was looking into getting my hair done for Viva Las Vegas. I chose them because they seem to do a nice job at vintage styles. The day of my appointment Thursday I asked for vintage waves. When I left it didn't quite look like what I wanted but I trusted that it would stay at least. Well, a few hours later my curls had fallen. I ended up re doing it myself. I left an honest review on Square and almost immediately the owner replied. She got in touch with me a offered me a full refund because there wasn't time to re do my appointment. She also offered me complimentary hair and makeup service for next time around. She was also very apologetic and made it clear that this is not the work they do. Perhaps next year at Viva I will give them another try.
