  • Beyond honest and helpful. My cell phone screen cracked; uBreakIFix helped me brainstorm how to repair in most cost-effective manner. Dropped off my phone at the store, and they honored a price disparity. Finally, when it turned out only my screen protector was cracked -- not the actual screen -- they notified me and didn't charge me a cent. I can't believe there are still businesses that operate so honestly and helpfully. Will definitely use for any future cell needs; wish that I had some business to give them! Thank you for having such great customer policies, uBreakiFix!
