I understand you're a collection agency, and you're doing your job. However, a little honesty would be appreciated. Entered into a payment arrangement with them, one of my auto payments didn't go through properly. I was never contacted until a few days after the due date with a judgement + fines for the full amount, which was taken from my bank account with nothing I could do about it. Wanted to pay everything, and a little notice that a payment didn't make it would have been appreciated. Poor business standards.
