  • The guys at A Hope are great! Very very helpful, professional, efficient and prompt. I actually called another agency first and left a message by the time the other agency called me back A Hope had processed everything and was headed to post the bond for my son, did I mention this was all over the phone...amazing. Lucky for me I ended up not needing the bond my son he was going to be released on an OR. A Hope had the right to charge me a hundred dollar bond cancellation fee but did not I appreciated not being nickel and dimed. They are just good people who want to help, they had no idea that I'm a single mom who's currently unemployed and that fee they waived really meant a lot. Even though they didn't post the bond for me when I had questions later in the afternoon they continued to be extremely helpful. This business is definitely a class act!
