  • RC WILLEY CAN SUCK IT ! So I bought what I was told was a floor model washer "never been run"...it flooded a 1/4 of my new home the 1st time I ran it...when a repair service ran the serial number , it turned out that it had been purchased and returned due to "water level issues".....They sent me a new washer....which had a different kind of leak...After a 5 hour runaround all that Dave the floor manager could do is offer to send me the same kind of washer for the 3rd time and berate me as to why they never owed me a new washer in the 1st place. At this point I demanded my money back , to which he completey screwed up the pick up time and then tried to keep my money. After a week of waiting for my money to be returned, I called to find out he was supposed to get more information to give me a refund... It was a NIGHTMARE and I just cross my fingers that my dryer and fridge that I bought from them the same day never break.....
