  • Before I talk about my experience I wanted to point out that the reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of Dennis. . DO NOT GO THROUGH DENNIS, HE IS UNRELIABLE So my experience with way point was interesting with a bad and good experience, me and my wife had seen a house we were interested in and needed to be out within a week of our apartment so we called to apply for it, we spoke with Dennis who said it was still available and there were no applicants, he said he'd put in our application and get back to us, about 4 days later we heard nothing and could not get ahold of him at all. So we ended up speaking to wilber. Wilber told us that the house already has an application put it and that we couldn't apply for it. So Dennis never put in our application and we were not able to rent the house or even get a hold of him. Luckily for us wilber ended up helping us out with great customer service. We seen a house that was similar to what we were looking for and right away wilber put in our application. We ended up getting the house and everything went good after that. It was a smooth transition. Wilber kept up with our calls and helped us out the entire process. Once we were were moved in he did a walk through with us and was very professional, after that about a week later I had Chris L come over and do the orientation. He had excellent customer service aswell as very professional and very informative. Wilber and Chris L definitely get 5 stars. All I can say is if you're looking for a house with way point DO NOT GO THROUGH DENNIS.
