  • As hard as it is to write a long review on a phone,I will just to do it right away because it was that freaking terrible! First of all, everyone has to wait 30 min out more just to get a lane and play.then they didnt have shoes in womens size 8 for.any of us, the most common shoe size, so we had to bowl in shoes too big! Then Tue rudest white trash bartender kept us waiting 15 min in line with only one person agrees of us cuz she want doing her job, when we we on timed games, and when we got up there finally she actually threatened to take away my friends ID saying it was fake! Um its not AND SHES 25! So I went up there myself for my wristband and after waiting 15 min AGAIN,I was getting angry so I said"can I just get our band, we've been waiting 15 min!" And she SO RUDELY made this snotty face and said "yeah well so has everyone else!" so I went to complain to a manager who said hed take care of it, came up to us a few minutes later with the rude woman and I was thinking she would apologize, instead they dumped out all our drinks which we already paid for,AND told us we had to leave!! And all the while, the cosmic bowling I kept waiting for never even happened by 12 pm, all lights were still on, barely audible music, no social lights! This place should get rated like a NEGATIVE 5 stars! Total dive, so rude, overpriced, no cosmic bowling, and they definitely don't believe that the customer is always right! I love the girl who wrote the review saying she would PAY people to not come here,I am with you completely!!! Avoid at all costs!
