  • Not happy with the front desk staff at this facility. They are very cold and not welcoming at all. I have had several appointments and each time I have had to wait in the lobby for verly long periods of time. My visits would last no less than 2 and a half hours with most of that time sitting in the lobby. I have not had an appointment where I got in and out. When I finally said something to the staff they told me that I was early and I didn't have an appointment till an hour and a half after what it says on the card they gave me for appointments. I received a call the day before confirming the appointment time I had already. I was disgusted by what they were telling me and I would not go back to that office again. They did not apologize and tried to make it seem like it was my mistake. Then told me all they can say is I can reschedule. Reschedule for what... to sit here and wait in the lobby again for hours. What a shame. The dietician and the ultrasound people are great. Its just the front desk people I have a problem with.
