Classic Vegas baby! There's a rat pack vibe here because they actually frequented the place. Every time we've come to this restaurant the food has been exquisite. The decor is old school Vegas with beautiful wood paneling, brass fixtures, and red leather booths.
I've had the had the Caesar Salad made table side and the French Onion Soup as starters. The soup has a complex and fresh taste and the ceasar is flavorful, and tart.
The main entrees have been outstanding with fantastic flavor. The ribeye and t-bone are aged, sumptuous, rich, and perfectly cooked. I've never had a better tasting t-bone. This visit we had the Chicken Angelo and the prime rib diamond Jim cut. Both dishes were consummately executed. The Chicken Angelo was a creamy and tangy delicious combination. The prime rib was tender, rich, and flavorful. The meat is of high quality and expertly slow roasted with an expertise that will soon be a thing of the past. Check it out before it goes the way of all cool great things.
