  • Instead of me writing a bad review at another banfield location I just visited, I'm going to write a good review for this one. I always go to desert ridge banfield even though it's a 30 minute drive because I've heard really good things about it from my boyfriend. I love this place, I've never had any vet treat me and my cat so well until this place. I had dr. Gross, and she was great! She took genuine concern for my cat and was so informative and answered all my questions perfectly. She never rushed me out and all I came in for was a checkup. She was amazing. I'll only ask for her for now on. Also the front staff were all so friendly! Don't go to the banfield on Miller in Scottsdale. My cat was sick and that place was completely awful. I will Not go into details.. That place was so awful compared to this one. I'll never go to Miller again. Thank you banfield at desert ridge for being genuine and great! I love the wellness plan also.
