  • I'd like to thank the staff and especially the manager on duty at this location for being extremely helpful and for going above and beyond the call of duty. I arrived at this location with a battery issue. One of the staff tested the battery and found it to be dead. She reviewed the most economical choices first with me, which I appreciate. After deciding on a new battery, which was in stock, I asked if they do installs. Just as we were doing the transaction, the monsoon hit and poured rain. The manager on duty got his rain gear on and spent 15-20 minutes outside in the pouring rain installing our new battery. He did so with a smile on his face. It is this type of customer service that deserves the highest amount of respect.
