  • It seems that there is just a complete lack of professionalism in this office. I understand that in order to get jobs you have to have some experience. I have 10 years experience but we didn't even get to it because the person on the other line wasn't really listening to me. So she ended up just coming off as condescending and telling me "we weren't getting any where because we are just talking over each other" then stop interrupting me and just listen. If you listen you might find a way to help me. The branch manager was better and helpful however my first impression is set and I don't feel this agency would have my best interest in mind. Talk about feeling defeated.
