  • Current resident : it took 2 months and multiple visits to my apt, for them to finally replace my water heater, my car was broken into, after multiple cars and a couple stolen IN BROAD DAYLIGHT, they sent am e-mail suggesting people rent a garage... The grills are dirty, the screens are falling off windows throughout the complex, they never answer the phone in the office and it usually takes 2 or more days for maintenance to come no matter how small the job is.. The only reason I'm not giving 1 or less stars, is bcuz they have a small playground on site and I have 2 kids that love it
