  • These guys and gals are fantastic! Always friendly and super helpful. I've sent packages to family in Taiwan and they know the ins and outs of international shipping. They've got a fantastic set up for handling peak times with their waiting system and their location is convenient with plenty of parking. Love the fact they keep your customer info online and can just pull up what's on your profile to prefill the return address on your shipping labels. Only way this could get any better is to have folks enter their information while in line so that customer profile information pops up when your number gets called to a shipping station. It would cut down on a few seconds per transaction but would add up over the peak periods.
