  • My rating is NEGATIVE 5! DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY DAUGHTER AND MY TRUST. Poor management and very unprofessional. The owner Beau, has personal issues and it shows. Neil was an excellent mechanic for decades, but he left....tired of the BS. I have been using Beau's services since 1980. My last experience was very poor. I won't be back....ever. I gave them every / many oppprtunities to correct their work. They refused and were brazen enough to think we would pay again. Bottom line. They charged me for labor and parts never performed.....then cused me out with F-bombs when confronted. Stay away. Go to Blacks Tire Service. BTW - Lying about the number of stars is the only way to prevent honest negative reviews from becoming buried in cyberspace.
