This is the worst service experience I have ever had and I would not ever recommend using this dealer for Dodge extended warranty repairs. I had a check engine light, recall for computer update, air conditioning not working properly. Only a little over 58,000 miles on my truck, bought it new and have babied it from day one. I had an appointment on a Tuesday morning at 7:30am, dropping my truck off before work. The service person stated they will call me when they know what's wrong and that it will probably take them 24 hours to fix everything. I had no problems with this. By the next day no calls by 11 am. I called and the service person says you can't have rental until we diagnose the problems. I said well how long does it take. He tried to say it takes 48 hours and was very rude. I was upset, I can't be without transportation. So went right after work and ask for the manager- he tried to say I would have been told this when I made the appointment. I was not. They also have a coupon on their website for up to 200.00 off any deductible for you repairs on an extended warranty, which I told the service rep I wanted to use. My deductible is only 100.00. My truck was not completed until Saturday and I was charged over 120 dollars for an oil change and warranty repairs. Which makes no sense if the coupon was truly applied. All the work was covered under the warranty. I had originally purchased a dodge warranty that was 1500.00. I would not have been upset if they would call you during the repairs and let you know what is going on, but I had to call them every day. How much is an oil change? Not $120.00.
