Have used this car was 4 times. Notably they use a soft rubber beater brush (the big spinners that brush your vehicle) rather then the more traditional brush like. First wash it broke the front plastic factory chrome trim on the front of my truck. They gave me a free car wash and because the truck is older and Vegas weather being so hot, old plastic can get more brittle. Chocked it up to vehicle age and the slightly heavier rubber beater brush causing vibration. WOW said they thought it may have been the drying fans. Regardless, washed the truck again later and though missed spots did an alright (not $19 worth) job. Later took my wife's little SUV and again missed spots but ok job. The Carwash is a little closer to my house then the one I usually go so location is convenient. That being said, took my wife's SUV once again. Afterward when getting gas and screwing the radio antenna back noticed new scratches across the top of the hood. Went to WOW just to tell them they may want to check the spinners for debris because appears just surface scratched the paint.
Nice Carwash and friendly staff, great location too. A little more expensive then the competition, quality results questionable. Don't think I will use it again though.
