  • The atmosphere in this office is Tense. The employees are rude and unwelcoming . I have visited this office more than once assuming that I just came on a bad day but the mood was the same and the anxiety that came with the thought of going back was unsettling. I was in a great deal of pain after a filing I had done here and I chose to be in pain until I could get an appointment somewhere else rather that return to this office even tho Hylan would have take me the same day. The girls here are gossipy, for example, I was in the chair and listening to two of them talk about Dr. Hylan saying he was particular and annoying. Which in my experience with Him personally I found him to be quite kind and helpful. I must say that it saddened me that he was so great but surrounded by chatty and immature people which causes the whole place to be somewhere I do not wish to return. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are already anxious about seeing a dentist. The wait is well over an hr.even with an appointment, nobody smiles, and it just seems to be overall a negative environment to place yourself in. Not good, not good at all.
