  • Had ordered delivery from them and included in the notes about having coupons ($12.50) worth. That is what I was told to do by personnel at the store. Low and behold...no discount given ! And the driver was given the coupons ! So, no discount and no coupons to use again or elsewhere ! Total scam ! When I called and talked to the lady in charge, was told I could use one of the coupons later with another order. But the additional $2.50 coupon I never had the courtesy to receive back from them. This was the Fitchburg store. STAY AWAY ! They do not care about the customer ! Only getting your money !
